School Messenger Notifications Update

FHSD now needs your permission to use our automated call system to contact you with non-emergency information. New federal guidelines require that the District has to get permission to send nonemergency messages to a mobile phone by automated voice call or SMS text. In order to receive calls from our SchoolMessenger system for non-emergency school situations (e.g. attendance calls, parent/teacher conference info) you will now have to opt-in and give us permission to contact you.

You can easily give us your permission by visiting the SchoolMessenger InfoCenter website at Sign in or create an account by clicking “Sign Up” on the top right menu. Once you’ve signed in, you can choose how you want to be contacted based on the category of message. You will also be able to listen to and read messages from the school for the previous 30 days, so you don’t miss a thing. You can also sign in to change your preferences at any time. Please note, you must login with the email address you have on file with the school.
